Buckle up for our 2021 vintage just bottled. On the lees three years. 70 cases total. The complexity is amazing. Lovely brioche on the nose and a lovely complexity with marzipan and lemon and such an incredible balance. This sparkling wine is offering up a huge mouthful of flavor!!!! We will put this wine up against most champagnes in its price range. A bit of Pinot Meunier of course.
