We used a german yeast to produce a very unique profile, different than some of the exsisting Traminettes.
Your initial experience will be lilac on the nose, with some grapefruit and lemon peel on the pallet, followed by a lovely elegant finish. A really interesting fun wine. Lovely color and clarity. This is a very dry white wine.
