Briede Estate – Rosé Blend Bottled on 4/6/23
The 2022 Briede Bloom is a delicate and refreshing rosé, crafted from a thoughtful blend of Cabernet Franc and Cayuga from the Briede Estate. Whole-cluster pressed and cold-fermented, this wine was aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit and crisp acidity.
On the nose, expect light floral aromas with hints of red berry and fresh summer fruit. The palate is bright and clean, with a gentle structure and just a touch of residual sugar (0.1%) to round the edges, making it an ideal companion for warm weather or light fare.
