The 2024 Briede Riesling is a vibrant, young expression of North Mountain Riesling, crafted with care in a small-lot production of 64 cases. Whole-cluster pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel, it preserves the bright, floral character of the fruit while balancing a hint of residual sweetness with lively acidity.
The palate shows a subtle yeasty complexity alongside floral aromatics, giving the wine a rounded texture and approachable elegance. This Riesling is perfect for pairing with seafood, light poultry dishes, or enjoying on its own as a refreshing, food-friendly wine.
